Digital Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our team. This person will take the lead on a portfolio of client accounts, creating, monitoring and reporting on campaigns and projects.

About the role: 

We're looking for a high performer with a client-side or agency/consulting background. Someone who knows marketing is about data and results, as well as the journey and the creative.

The role will suit an existing account manager or a marketing manager, who is comfortable with regularly communicating with clients on calls, via email and sometimes in person, confident in guiding clients based on marketing best practices, and understands how to manage a creative marketing plan and timelines.

Applicants will be naturally driven and committed to achieving the best results. For the right candidate, this will be a challenging but rewarding role.

 

Essential

  • 4+ years working in marketing, with experience of content marketing, RevOps, social media, marketing automation and email marketing all advantageous 
  • Proven experience as an account or project manager, with great communication skills to keep projects on track 
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo), analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics) and/ or CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Excellent knowledge of modern marketing best practices
  • Have a dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative, but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Advance knowledge of HubSpot software

  • B2B marketing experience
  • Experience with creating and analysing marketing reports
