A fresh new SaaS website and ongoing marketing support

Deeply Digital and Refract have been working together since 2018, with Refract initially enlisting our help with a website migration to HubSpot. Since then, we’ve provided new assets for the website and marketing, content design and a whole new custom website built to fit Refract’s SaaS product offering.

Refract is a conversation intelligence platform. Refract empowers Sales Management to identify and immediately improve, costly mistakes, errors and missed opportunities their sales teams make every day.

A fresh new SaaS website and ongoing marketing support

The new website, designed, built and launched in 2021 was created from the ground up, providing a fresh new look, while taking customer journeys and marketing goals into account. All built on HubSpot, the website uses a modular design (based on our own HubSpot website modules) so new pages can easily be created, with flexibility in terms of the layout and content added to the page.

As well as the website work we’ve completed with Refract, we’ve also helped to implement new reporting models that accurately reflect marketing performance and show how marketing leads convert into opportunities and sales.

We also support Refract with their ongoing marketing activity, from developing new paid ads for content campaigns to HubSpot operations and support and designing a whole new brand for their sales coaching community, Sales Nation.
