Digital Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with an eye for marketing to join our team. This person will create marketing campaigns for our clients and will help with our internal design initiatives.


If you are a designer, that's capable of creating a range of digital design assets, and are passionate about the world of design, we want to meet you.


Candidate attributes:

The ideal candidate will either have the majority of the following traits and skills, yet is not expected to have all the experience and skills necessary:

  • Thrive in a meritocracy – be responsible for delivering results, and willing to contribute
  • Be curious – you want to learn more, discover why and take an interest
  • Be a people person who likes to create and nurture personal relationships - you naturally take an interest in others
  • Be interested in teaching - share your skills and help clients learn from your newly acquired digital marketing skills
  • Be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of business processes (CRMs, Marketing Automation, etc), identifying opportunities for improvement and managing change
  • Have an interest in analytics and what makes things work
  • You get stuff DONE. A high degree of productivity, and goal and results-focused.

You must have a portfolio of work.

Design attributes:

The ideal candidate will either have the majority of the following traits and skills, yet is not expected to have all the experience and skills necessary:

  • A strong eye for web design and responsive UX.
  • Knowledge of branding and brand consistency.
  • Competency in the Adobe creative cloud suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD etc.
  • A range of design skills including, but not limited to, editorial, branding, typography, advertising, web design.
  • Awareness of design trends, and the design climate.

Job responsibilities:

  • Image research for campaigns and web projects (ongoing)
  • Contribution to mood boards
  • Campaign creative
  • Designing content assets (e.g. eBooks, Guides, Interactive tools, ads, social media posts, campaign logos, video assets, infographics etc)
  • Visual QA of web and content projects
  • Content for Social - inspire and design assets from gifs to images
  • Ad design for display and social media
  • To design, produce and QA final content for campaigns you’re involved with
  • Email marketing, content promotion, paid media distribution - planning and creative.
  • Any other duties as reasonably required
